Are you looking for a little bit of relaxation in this stressful period? Come join our mindfulness workshop and learn everything there is to know about the art of mindfulness! After having learned the ins and outs, we start right away with practicing with our teacher. The workshop will take place on the 22th of april, from 19.30-21.00. Because this activity will take place via Zoom, there is no maximum amount of participants. The activity will be in English, and the deadline for signing up is the 20th of April. Join us and receive a present to become completely ‘zen’!
